1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Hilloraa marketplace (referred to as the “Platform”), processing hotel bookings, or registering as a guest/owner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all requirements, you are prohibited from utilizing platform booking resources.

2. Booking Rules & Payment Escrows

Hilloraa provides booking verification software linking travelers with registered hotel operators. Payments are collected during booking and retained securely in escrow.

The contract for accommodation exists strictly between the Guest and the Hotel Owner. Hilloraa maintains escrow structures to guarantee hotel verification, but hotel operators are exclusively responsible for maintaining room sanitations and service qualities.

3. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation and refund thresholds are configured individually by hotel operators and displayed clearly on each listing page prior to checkout.

• Bookings cancelled within the free refund threshold will be returned directly to the payment source.
• Platform convenience charges may be non-refundable depending on individual booking configurations.
• Late check-outs without operator confirmation are subject to late fee penalties.

4. User Conduct

Guests are expected to treat hotel staff with respect and maintain room conditions. Vandalism, illegal drug use, or violations of local hotel operator guidelines are grounds for immediate account suspension, booking forfeitures without refund, and potential legal escalations.
